• Inspection date prior to the sale allows serious buyers a chance to review the Real Estate and time to arrange financing with their lender. Provide bidders packet with information for potential buyers.
• Based on discussions with our clients, we will establish an advertising budget and media campaign. This will be your largest expense, but will provide the most valuable return.
